We stayed during Christmas and everything was fine, albeit an older building. We had a view of the pool and the outside area, but with it being winter, the pool was covered up. Breakfast was decent, but I wasn't expecting much in the first place. It's not like I spent a ton of money at the Ritz where I'd expect a smorgasbord of dishes. The staff was friendly enough.

What management needs to do is fire the staff in housekeeping and get people in there that will appreciate the job they have not abused their position they have.. your employee of housekeeping have no pride in there work from my understanding from the housekeeper nobody ever lasts more than a week and if management who run the would pay more attention to why no one last will common sense it's the staff why people don't stick around to work..

Apparently bindi.. needs to screen her employees better the manager or supervisor of housekeeping need to be fired she's very rude vulgar disrespectful she from my understanding everyone that has worked in housekeeping end up quitting because of the management or supervisor of housekeeping.. I was a guest there and for me be walking down the hallway and I hear this so-called manager speaking down to her employees I will never stay there again very Unprofessional and she needs to be fired.. I will let my family and friends and anybody else it is not worth staying there at all with that kind of attitude
